8am with David and Melo. Performance workout with El NiƱo. Kept weight very light (70#) and worked on the transition from the knee into the hip. Everything felt pretty smooth today. Cash out run was harder than I thought it would be after gaining 15 pounds over the last six months. Cash out after the cash out - 1 hour of soccer practice with Niko behind PS 282. Can't wait to get outside again and enjoy this day.

8am with David and MeLo. I haven't snatched in a while, so I was concentrating on remembering how they ought to feel. They felt good at 75# and I'm looking forward to doing more this cycle. I hit 39 burpees and did the mile in 8:51 in the cashout.

The "Let it Go" earworm experience described in that McSweeney's link is one with which I am thoroughly familiar. Occupational hazard of parenting little girls, I suppose...
