NYU Looking for Barefoot Running Study Participants

Are you currently running barefoot or interested in transitioning into barefoot running? Researchers at NYU's Arthur J. Nelson Performance Lab are studying runners who have made the transition into barfoot running and comparing them to shod runners (in shoes). Testing would take about 2 hours and will involve some anatomical and strength measurements on your feet, followed by some light running with some sensors attached to your leg. There is no monetary incentive for participating, but you can learn more about barefoot running. CFSBK Goes Underground

We've recently been dealing with some issues with our friends at the Department of Buildings and will be minimizing our use of the sidewalk/street for workouts.  Please bear with us as we lay low for a bit and work out strategies to maintain the fun of being outside in the summer while not causing too much of a scene.  Three cheers for bureaucracy!
