C&J:Heaviest was 205, but ugly. Went down to 165, form improved quite a bit

got a little ugly up there, but i'm still learning the movement. lots of fun.

worked to a 65# getup with an oly bar. not a lot of stability on that, i need to work the getups more.

kept my C & J s at 77# cause my form is crap these days.

Then did AMRAP in 10min ofslightly scary heavy TGU 1R,1L (40#)8 swings (40#)about 80 or 90 feet walking lunge carrying a 25# sandbag

2 rounds plus 2 TGUs. Really hard. Great time.
