I was really impressed by how solid everyone's cleans are looking, not many ugly pulls despite it being a tough metcon.

20:14 as rx'd. felt good about form on cleans, less good about form on l-sit pullups (which degenerated into tucks at the end).

Before dinner:Back at the Y for Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays burpees

Total: 130 damn burpees for the day, so I guess I'm still in the challenge.

25 min plus....whew...cleans still working out the kinks in my form....i know relax my shoulders and shrug and stop pausing....Shane, David...do you remeber how much I did? I know I had the bar 15lbs, and 5lbs on each side

pullups with thin band...my little hands hate that thick bar...

hope someone makes it in tomorrow after the wine wasting
