Patrick is very proud of his dumbbell.

The CrossFit Nutrition Seminar being held at CFSBK is officially SOLD OUT.
Is anyone interested in helping out with cleaning up the Lyceum before Robb and Nicki get here? Beer will be provided!

I've also managed to acquire a decent sized mat from Equinox.  It's rolled up so I'm not sure on the exact measurements but it looks to be about 7'x10'.  Does anyone have a van/truck large enough to help me move it from Columbus Circle to the Lyceum? Gas, lunch and appreciation all included.

Today was a lot fun. It's important to change the scenery and keep things interesting. Everyone did a great job making the WOD run smoothly.. i forsee us bringing the barbells and other toys across the street again.

I need a new ankle and wrist. Can i buy them on the black market?

When i was getting an iced americano at Stole Foods, i saw this .5oz bar of bacon flavored chocolate. It wasn't as bacony as i would have liked, maybe i didn't eat enough to get the full experience...http://www.vosgeschocolate.com/product/bacon_exotic_candy_bar/exotic_candy_bars

Today is my last day at Equinox. It's a little surreal.

That was difficult. especially the presses, pushes and jerks weren't as bad. Also especially the running.

Our site's avg hits per day used to hang out around 300-500. In the past 4 months we average 500-800 hits per day with a few over 1,000 here and there.

pretty cool.

Jeremy, i remeasured the mat. Laying on its side it's about 9' long and 3ft high rolled up. Think of a wrestling mat only black and lighter. Do you think we can still handle it? Should i buy some rope to tie it up?

David - vosges is generally good stuff. Their store is in soho and they always have interestingly flavored chocolate. Too bad it wasn't more bacony though.

I'm into changes of scenery too! The more the better.

Omigod. the landlords' kids are playing in the backyard outside my window and they are LOUD. Why are their parents so OK with them SCREAMING their heads off about EVERYTHING??!!

thank you everyone who pushed me at the end. i saw no people just heard a mass of voices, man i was shot. i liked it outside! it gave the 5 people that live on that street something to talk about for the next 10 years. its funny how seeing barbells brings out the macho in any guy who ever lifted one that walked or drove by...ha!

here is some interesting things for all the bacon lovers out there...
