After lunch went to the gym...

Bench Press70 lb dumbbells - 10 reps75 lb dumbbells - 6 reps80 lb dumbbells - 4 reps80 lb dumbbells - 4 reps

Bench Flies40 lb dumbbells - 10 reps - 4 sets

Incline50 lb dumbbells - 10 reps - 4 sets

Rather shot after Barbara (who, as mentioned, is a bitch).

Now a cold shower, air conditioning and Caddyshack.

I was kicking barbara's ass for three rounds then she knocked me out at the end of the 3rd.round.my conditioning is coming along just fine.

whoa, could barely get through one round of this wod, and that was modified (no pull-up bar to use)... those 50 squats for time destroyed me.
