Going up the list (which was probably the easier way unfortunately).

Also, Sal is a monster.

Looks like I missed a sick workout - see you guys on Wednesday!

Hey David, we need to get some bad ass Crossfit SBK t-shirts!

26:30 as Rx'd going top to bottom.

Squats, Sit-ups, lunges and ring dips were easy. Everything else got real ugly real fast. Shane and I kept each other on pace pretty well. He was beating me all the way to HSPU's where i took advantage of a significant difference in ROM.

Everyone did an amazing job today as usual. Guy specifically impressed me with his determination to finish that WOD.

I need a slogan for the shirt! Help me out guys.. some ideas so far:

"CFSBK: Where the Weak are Killed and Eaten"

"Get Fit or Die Trying"

Help me out!

I don't know how much longer I can continue to respectably do modified push-ups, but I was barely able to do those fifty tonight.

The full quote wasBrooklyn: Where the weak and slow are killed and eaten

Obviously that one is my favorite.

Margie and I decided we need to get a T-shirt before Albany, otherwise I'm going to end up drawing on a whitey with a marker.

whitey? as in tighty whitey?

that's hot.

Too bad I missed this one, though the pushups would have killed my wrist.

I like Jacinto's quote, but I'd modify it a touch:

CFSB: Where the weak become strong and the strong become beasts

Max and Jacinto - nice!

Love the co-operatively constructed slogan. Co-op. yyyeeeesss.

Does anyone else's body feel swollen? oy.
