Push-ups were fine.Squats weren't fun after Karen but not horrible...

Allison, Steph , Jay, Anthony and Steph: You guys were awesome! Great work on pushing through. Jay, it was a pleasure running those last laps. Way to finish strong. You and Brian can tell war stories about this week's workouts. Allison, I hope I did as good a job for you as you've done for me. Welcome back. We missed you!

Coach Paul, it was a pleasure watching you do your thing with the KBs. I learned a ton. Hell, I needed to get in there and work on my cleans and get some tips.

I'm going to be a lot more infrequent during the weekday sessions for quite some time but But looking forward to seeing you guys on the weekends will give me something to look forward to.

Jay, thank YOU for pushing it out and finishing strong. We're putting the work back in workout. None of this is easy, but you're dead on. It'll pay dividends on top of dividends. Anthony is a beast! That was quite a workout to follow track AND handball.

Btw, Jay tha's Eva T. on the main site today Overhead Squatting the surfboard (closer to the camera). Check out her blog skievat.blogspot.com. It's great, especially if you're looking for workout ideas.

I did the workout today at home with my buddy Johnny who should be coming out on Sunday.

1300m run

Johnny-24:30 (150 squats, 100 push ups)

Shane 32:04 Rx'd. Squats were fine but push-ups....not so much.

Hey David, thanks.

I assure you it's not lack of desire that's keeping me from class. It's really frustrating how long this injury is lingering on for. This weekend is out. Hopefully the one after that, but I'll have to see how it goes.

I have been keeping tabs on the website. It looks like things are really coming together. I can't wait to get back to it.
