Yargh - caught on camera! It was great meeting everyone today :-)

Can't make it tomorrow unfortunately --- some friends talked me into wasting my life away at a, how-you-say, "art gallery"

But in exchange for making me miss class we made a contract that they both come to CFSB next week, so we'll see you all then *grin*

Nice to see some flow between NYC and SB - crossfittin' in all the boroughs.

Nice work Allan! And my partner (I'm not gonna spell your name right) Clazer kicked ass too.

20 lb dbs, 12kg, 100 singles: 4 rounds plus 5 thrusters
