Max Rounds in 20 Minutes of:
100 Jump Ropes
20 Lunges
20 Knee To Elbows
10 Burpees

We also worked 3 heats of 200meter Sprints

Thanks for the workout David. Great park, great instruction! Jamaal is lighting fast on the 200M runs. All I saw were silver streaks, that used to be his feet while I trailed behind him.Paul
