Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:00am-8:15am

These classes meet bi-weekly and run for 4 weeks (8 classes). Group cycles are appropriate for injury free individuals with basic athletic abilities. Each class will cover 2-3 new movements and then end with a short workout. Class size is limited to 6 people per cycle with 1-2 coaches per cycle. To sign ups imply register through our Online Store and you'll be booked for your cycle.
