This Friday we officially end this challenge. I hope it's been informative and beneficial to you in some ways, and I can't wait to hear what you have to share. You'll be receiving an email telling you how to get your final info in, which will be due by Monday. FYI - we're running the Capacity Test WOD this Thursday.

Fox- is there a restriction on the WOD pts for the final week given that it is only a 6 day week (on the tracker)? If all 5 pts are possible, does that mean that you need to complete Saturday's Wod on Friday?

BTW - thanks for running this, was a blast and a real eye-opener.

oh man! thanks for the reminder. i almost completely forgot about the capacity test! on another note, i kind of don't want the challenge to end. these past six weeks have been awesome for me. i want to keep going!
