SOS...Week 2 of "the challenge" is in full effect! Can we talk about what happens when 5pm approaches? Im feeling an out of body state of confusion, I'm hungry...iI' tired.. all at the same time! Is anyone else experiencing this? Im following the plan specifically around suggested eating/snacks but still need something for an energy boost before i could possibly complete a successful WOD!
@Erik - what does your day look like nutrition-wise up until 5pm?
@FOX-This is what I had yesterday:
Breakfast-3 egg cups w/chicken sausage and spinach and a half of a sweet potatoCoffee1 liter of water
Morning Snack-hand full of almonds and Carrots/peppers
Lunch2 Cups of Beef Chilli and 2 Cups Steamed Broccoli
Afternoon Snack-4 Slices of Turkey 1 Apple w/2 tbs of almond butter
Dinner 5oz Baked Chicken BreastHalf Sweet Potato 1.5 Cup Root Veggie Mix
That looks light on the fat to me.
