Any recommendations on keeping a food journal? I am keeping one for the Challenge to see how I feel with the change in food choices. Is it enough to keep: time of meal, food, portion (eye-ball rough estimation) and how I am feeling since last meal (ie: energy level, GI without wheat or diary, etc)? Just want to check with community and see if I am missing a key detail that would provide more insights during this experiment. Thanks in advance.
Good stuff, Alan. I'd maybe add whether or not the meal was satisfying in terms of satiety and taste.
