Upcoming Schedule Changes:

Due to us hosting the Starting Strength Seminar with Mark Rippetoe, the gym will be mostly closed this weekend. Below are the programming options available for the weekend. All classes will require a preregister, please sign up ahead of time here.

Morning and afternoon classes are on as normally scheduled
Open Gym is cancelled

Saturday 4/26

All normal in house Group Classes are cancelled. We are however offering Yoga and AR classes upstairs in the annex as well as a Prosepect Park WOD. Your Group class membership classes will work for any of these, including Yoga.
