Cortisol Management – From the Whole 9 folks. Poor Sleep = Elevated cortisol = Belly Fat + Poor Sleep, it’s a vicious cycle.

 

Meditation also lowers cortisol, and you don’t have to be a Buddhist for it to work. Did you read the bit about how they induced elevated cortisol?
